The experience at Vertu Ford Bromley was great because I dealt with by Jones, he was such a lovely sales person, it was such a joy to deal deal with him and I would my family and friends to use him if and when they wish to purchase a new car, my husband is currently looking for a new car and is already in contact with Jones.

The experience at Vertu Ford Bromley was good because I received a warm welcome from the staff who were courteous and helpful. Callum was attentive to what type of vehicle I was as looking for and met those requirements fully. He is an expert in his field and explained the details of the sale clearly and concisely ensuring I fully understood the transaction. He and the team (in particular Steve) were friendly and helpful along the way. I felt at ease while at the showroom and it was a positive experience. Others I interacted with were pleasant including the receptionist (Julie) who took several messages. I would highly recommend Vertu and would say it was a 10/10 experience.
